Pre-registration is available online, simply submit the form below, or by calling Dave’s Heating and Cooling at 765-653-7346 prior to the event. Registration is also available in-person at the event from 3-5pm. Feel free to print off the registration form and bring it with you.
Tournament starts at 5pm.
Fees: $30 per team (2-person teams)
